Please, if you haven't read the first part of the blog article, make sure you do! Link
The previous blog article ended with a look at the entire professional sports betting chain, from professional tipsters to tip archiving sites to tipster sites. There is only one thing left to do: To talk about the pricing of full-time tipsters and what would be a realistic selling price either for us or for sites like ours.
1) What does the remuneration of a full-time tipster depend on?
From the average stakes of their followers
Full-time - professional - tipsters have an interest in making a profit, because only then will their followers continue to pay. However, they cannot sell their work for any amount of money, because they are as dependent on their followers as the followers are on the tipsters. So, if the vast majority of followers bet with 10 Euro, for example, professional tipsters cannot sell their services for 200 Euro, because they would not be able to extract it. If the tipster makes an average profit of 8 bets and the followers bet 10 Euros, they will have a net profit of 80 Euros at the end of the month. Of course, you can't determine the betting habits of sports bettors that precisely, but you have a realistic idea of how much people bet in general (it depends on which sportsbook you follow the analysis)
From sports shops
It is not all the same which betting shops are available to place your tips. There are the European sportsbooks (like Bet365, to name just the most well known, but also Unibet, Williamhill etc. etc.) and there are the Asian ones (like Pinnacle, Sbobet, SportMarket etc.) While you can bet on everything in the European ones, the Asian ones only bet on mid to major league sports events, which are much better known to the sportsbooks, so it is harder to make a profit. But it is not impossible, you can read about it in the below in my blog article. While it is not uncommon to see 10-20 bets a month on average at the European bookmakers when betting on minor league sports, 5-8 bets a month is very good for the big leagues. However, the maximum bet size for European betting - which is recommended - is around 30-50 Euros, while for Asian betting it can be several hundred, the question is how much capital is available.
Therefore, it is obvious that if the tipster's tips can only be placed in European offices, he cannot work for hundreds of Euros, as there is no way to afford it. Of course, some European tipsters get greedy and once they have hundreds of followers they keep raising their prices, but often to a level that is so high that they lose customers that they wish they hadn't. I have seen tipsters who started out at EUR 50 or EUR 60 and then went up to EUR 250, which was really so unrealistic for those tips that the result was that they went down to about 40 followers from the previous hundreds and went back to the same old price. However, if the tipster is on Asian-type agencies and really good(!) it is not uncommon to get hundreds of Euros. We only work with such partners now, both Rothschild, a Warren , or the Rockefeller in our packages. They're big leagues, but they're amazingly strong and they cost hundreds of euros a month, but it's worth it because we earn much more. Of course, you don't have to pay the full amount, but it's good to have more of us to spread it around.
These two things roughly influence how much a professional tipster charges for his work. Of course, there are a few more aspects that could be discussed, but the previous blog article was long, so I'd like to cover the main ones now. 🙂 - Maybe in the future there will be a third part in the series if there is a demand for it.
2) How much can it be resold for?
If I look at the market, I'd say for any price. A lot of tipster sites charge 10-15-35 thousand HUF for their """service""" and it is clear from the description which tipster they are subscribed to. And what annoys me in such cases is that the tipster who costs 30 Dollars a month is able to split the tipster, often automated - without adding any value, just robots sending out worthless text messages automatically - and many people sell it for 10-15e Forints. That is, for the same price as they buy it for, or even more, but of much lower quality. But I've also seen cases where tips from free(!!) tipsters were passed on for money, and even cases where the reseller bought from another reseller and passed on the tips that way.
As I hope you have seen from the blog articles so far, I am completely transparent with all my followers. I and the entire management of the business are not bound by the expectations that tipster sites usually have of themselves. To put it simply: We can be honest, even if many people may not like it. What matters is that our work is effective, with added value. And, as the previous blog post showed, we give our subscribers a number of extras that none of the other sportsbook chains outlined above can offer.
Uniquely in the market, whoever subscribes to us has access to a REAL MONEY GUARANTEE, which we are legally bound to provide, and at a fraction of the cost, to truly quality tips that cost hundreds of euros per month to buy and live staff rather than automation to maintain results.
I think the issue has been adequately addressed, I'm very glad you came with me/us! If we can help you in any way, please feel free to contact us!
