Terms and conditions of the "90-day money-back guarantee"

The present contract is concluded between the owner (Zsolt Lázár ev.) of the company (hereinafter referred to as "FBO" or "Service Provider" or "FektessBeOkosan.hu"), which is available on the FektessBeOkosan.hu website, and the party registering to the website and later the party using the service (user). The agreement is governed by the Hungarian law in force and in case of any legal question the same Hungarian authorities are competent to act. This agreement is valid for all services providing sports analytics activities, which can be found on the www.fektessbeokosan.hu online at.

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

These terms and conditions, detailing the "90-day money-back guarantee", have been issued by the Service Provider - registration number: 55686316 - to users who have registered on www.fektessbeokosan.hu and subscribed to its sports analytics products.
These terms and conditions had to be accepted by all persons who registered on the website www.fektessbeokosan.hu, failing which the registration could not be completed, the website did not authorise it, as these terms and conditions had to be accepted in order to finalise the registration.
By visiting the website www.fektessbeokosan.hu, the person who has registered on the website clearly acknowledges that he/she has had the opportunity to acquaint him/herself with these terms and conditions, and may not use technical and other IT arguments in the event of a dispute to claim that it was not necessary to accept these terms and conditions in order to finalise the registration. The service provider has displayed these conditions in several sections of the website (including in the footer of the website, in the "home" , "benefits" , "pricing" sections), which are clearly visible and linked to the website (url), so that all readers can be fully informed of the details of the money-back guarantee. The IT system of the website has been set up in such a way that it is compulsory to accept these conditions of participation, but if any technical problem has caused the website to allow the finalisation of the registration, and this is not due to the Service Provider's decision, the Service Provider shall not be held responsible for such technical problems, and has made every effort to provide accurate and complete information, and this contract shall remain in force.
The Service Provider shall make every effort to identify and notify the registered user of any registration (which was not required to accept these terms and conditions) due to a technical problem within a reasonable time.
If the Service Provider has chosen to exclude, even partially, the acceptance of these terms and conditions as binding, this shall be considered as an omission and illegal. At the same time, the Service Provider declares that such and similar conduct is improper, and personally guarantees and warrants that no such means will be used in the course of the operation of the business, and strongly condemns them.

2. PRODUCTS COVERED BY THE "90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE"

The "90-day money-back guarantee" applies only to the following active services:
FBO Basic©, FBO Premium©, FBO Balanced© and FBO High Stakes©.

Other sports analytics products, including but not limited to the "10pc Value Bet" package and the "Capital Building Package" are not covered by the guarantee. Subscriptions to these packages are not eligible for a refund.

The requirements and conditions set out in the other clauses of this contract shall be interpreted and applied only and exclusively to the services listed above.

The money-back guarantee applies to both list price and bundled purchases. A list price purchase is when the product is purchased in batches, in which case the customer can benefit from the service at a higher price. A package deal is when you buy at least two products. This can be either a sports analytics service or a sports entertainment service, and therefore a package deal is not just a purchase of at least two sports analytics products at the same time. The Service Provider rewards and motivates its customers to take advantage of the bundling option, as it creates predictability for the Service Provider. For higher value purchases, FektessBeOkosan.hu provides product discounts and various digital and/or physical supplements, the detailed terms of which are available in the Package Offer menu.

The 90-day money back guarantee also applies to account transfers, if the customer subscribes continuously for at least three consecutive months to one of the services listed above, and the conditions set out in points 3 and 4 of this document are fully met.

3. REQUIREMENTS

In order to benefit from the "90-day money back guarantee", the customer accepts that various criteria must be met in order for the money back to be paid. By registering and visiting the website and finalising the subscription, the customer confirms that he/she has duly read and understood these basic conditions of participation and that the website www.fektessbeokosan.hu has provided him/her with all the necessary information.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the details of this document, including the requirements, from time to time, but any such change must be bilateral: - On the one hand, the Service Provider must ensure consistent and transparent operation, if any changes are made to this document, it must notify the customers at least 15 (fifteen) calendar days in advance. There are two ways of doing this, customers must be notified by e-mail or any other contact details they provide, and it must also be ensured that visitors to the website (who are not registered and are not included in the website database) can obtain this information, so a notice to this effect must be placed in a prominent place on the main page of the website (home page). In such a case, the difference between the full consumer price and the discounted price taken by the customer will be lost, allowing the customer to claim back the actual amount spent (which was at the discounted price), provided the requirements are fully met.
If the client has made a referral to the Service Provider and the money spent by the referrer has been returned to the referrer by our reseller system, the reseller commission will be deducted from the money-back guarantee, provided that the client fully complies with the requirements of this contract, so that the client will not receive the full amount of money back, but the final amount after deduction of the amount paid to the referrer.
If the customer has taken advantage of a package offer or received a gift from the service provider with his subscription, under which he has also received some digital or physical accessories and fully complies with the requirements for a cashback, he is entitled to a cashback, but the purchase price of the digital or physical asset he has acquired as part of the package offer will be deducted. The customer will receive an invoice for the purchase price when he receives the device, and the Service Provider will also have an electronic receipt to serve as the purchase price of the digital or physical device. If the purchase price of the digital or physical device cannot be determined by either the customer or the Service Provider, the amount paid at the time of the use of the package offer will be 40% (This calculation may be modified if both parties agree, but if there is no bilateral agreement, the Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally change the rate in this document in the final case)
Under the term "90-day money back guarantee", the customer accepts that the Service Provider will provide the service for 90 calendar days. Therefore, the client must use the sports analytics service or services purchased by the client for 90 calendar days, in which sports analytics analyses are shared.
If the customer has purchased a subscription for 1 (one) calendar month on www.fektessbeokosan.hu, he/she will only be able to claim the money-back guarantee if he/she makes two more purchases to meet the 90 calendar day tracking requirement. If you have followed the service for 90 calendar days and have fully complied with the requirements set forth herein, your three subscriptions will be combined, and the Service Provider must return the three calendar months' usage fees to you as a money-back guarantee. Of course, if the customer has purchased a package offer that included not only 1 (one) calendar month but at least three, this criterion has clearly been met by a single purchase by the customer, in all cases the active period of the purchased sports analytics service or services should be considered, during which the 90 calendar days must be met.
Sports analytics services cannot be combined when using the "90-day money back guarantee". The 90 calendar days should be understood by product type and not by combining the total period of 2 (two) or more different sports analytics services purchased.
The 90 calendar day requirement is understood as a single period, and if the customer has subscribed for 1 (one) calendar month, the Service Provider will grant a grace period of 5 (five) calendar days to renew the subscription, otherwise the customer will be excluded from the "90 days money back guarantee" offer and will become ineligible for the use of the offer. And if you complete the renewal within 5 calendar days, both your payments to www.fektessbeokosan.hu will of course be covered by the money-back guarantee, as set out above, to the extent set out in this document (full or partial refund) and if the conditions set out in this document are met.
The "90-day money-back guarantee" is conditional on the client's proper follow-up of the sports analytics analyses received by the sports analytics service(s) used, quantified at a minimum of 89% (eighty-nine percent). The Service Provider shall have the right to request credible evidence from the customer by electronic means in the form of a "screenshot" or "screenshot" if its own statistics show that the service concerned has generated a profit during the subscriber period under consideration. Response time is defined as the amount of time, from the moment the sports betting analysis is sent out, within which the sports betting analysis must be opened by the client, the sportsbook must be searched in the product description, the bet type indicated in the sports betting analysis must be selected and the bet type must be taken with the multiplier indicated in the analysis or with a maximum reduction of 10%. Full compliance with the information contained therein is necessary to meet the conditions of the money-back guarantee. The Service Provider must ensure fair and equitable treatment of the customer who lodges the complaint and the request for a money-back and must ensure that the customer has the possibility to make up for his shortcomings subsequently in the "Subscriber Control Panel". If the Service Provider fails to do so, or fails to create the necessary conditions for the subsequent accounting, the customer is entitled to a refund, either "in full" or "in part", as described in point (2), depending on whether he/she has prepaid for a product purchased in a package offer or a list price product.
By registering, the customer acknowledges that he/she has read and understood all the mandatory documents necessary to finalise the registration, including the "General Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Notice" To benefit from the "90-day money back guarantee", you must use your "Subscriber Control Panel" as intended, with particular emphasis on keeping your personal betting table within the menu item up to date and following the betting instructions, in particular the appropriate bets. 4. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Client undertakes and acknowledges that he has duly read the information provided by the Service Provider, that neither the sports analytics products nor the proper use of the personalized spreadsheet in his personal control panel guarantees financial growth, www.fektessbeokosan.The information on the website of the products listed above, which may include the words "high risk reduction", "higher security", "higher protection" or any other wording which predicts a better decision for the client, should be understood as meaning that without the use of these systems, for example if you were to select sports matches at random and place random bets, you would expose yourself to a higher risk.
